Raid-Wide Auras & Class Democratization
In Build 1.60.3, Blizzard made eight previously group-only buffs raid-wide (Windfury Totem, Battle Shout, Trueshot Aura, Leader of the Pack, Moonkin Aura, Grace of Air, Strength of Earth, and Flametongue). This elevates Shamans, Druids, and Hunters to essential raid assets without forcing rigid 5-man group tailoring.
Lava Burst at 30 & Devouring Plague 24s
By shifting Lava Burst to Row 5 (21 points) in Elemental, and cutting Devouring Plague cooldown down to 24 seconds, both Shamans and Shadow Priests gain massive spikes in early-game damage and 1v1 PvP control right from the Level 30 bracket.
