World of Warcraft: Forever introduces two major horizontal progression systems designed to respect player time while deepening the immersive wilderness feel of Azeroth: the Legacy System and the Camping System.
The Legacy System (Account-Wide Perks)
The Legacy system features 65 account-wide challenges across six distinct categories: Classes, Tradeskills, Player vs. Player, World Adventure, Dungeons, and Raids. Completing these challenges awards Legacy Points that can be spent on convenience perks across Adventure, Professions, and Resourcefulness trees.
Wilderness Camping
Instead of sprinting back to an inn every time you need rested experience, WoW Forever enables adventurers to establish campsites in the wild. Pitching a campfire, bedroll, and cooking pot provides resting bonuses in contested territories like Stranglethorn Vale, Desolace, and Hillsbrad Foothills.
